Tony Kalinowski, Host

For more than three decades, Tony has helped guide and coach others toward and within retirement.  He develops the financial plan and investment strategy that gives future retirees the best opportunity for a fruitful second half of life.  As host of The Retirement Insiders podcast, his mission is to help listeners create significance and legacy within their family and community.   His vision for the future is a vibrant, healthy, wise generation of post-professionals passionately engaged in the pursuits that bring them joy, long life and contribute to community growth.

Tony and his wife Terri were married in 1986 and enjoy exploring wines, sunny beaches, and motorcycle riding.  Professionally, he is a Certified Financial Planner® and President of RBF Wealth Advisors, an SEC registered investment advisor.

David Alexander, Co-Host

A creative at his core, David Alexander is a podcast producer with a digital marketing agency that helps organizations tell their powerful stories. He has collaborated with top C-Suite executives and leadership teams, crafting thought leadership strategies and producing content featuring industry leaders from the NBA, NFL, GE, Johnson & Johnson, and more.

David's journey includes launching a website design company and a mentoring leadership nonprofit. Outside of work, David enjoys exploring diverse cuisines across the U.S. with his wife, Karina Alexander.
